WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU HAVE?

Here at The Bookish Witch we have two shipping options, standard parcel delivery or express parcel delivery. Standard parcel delivery is a flat rate of $15 and this amount is added on at check out. This delivery option generally takes 8-12 business days to arrive depending on location. Express parcel delivery is a flat rate of $18 with this cost added on at checkout. Delivery generally takes 4-10 business days to arrive depending on location. These time frames are approximate estimates, parcels may arrive earlier or later depending on the postal service times and the time of the year.  

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We will do our best to get your order packed and shipped as fast as we can, but please keep in mind we live in a rural area. Due to this, parcels will only go out 2 times per week on a Tuesday and Friday.  

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL COLLECTION?

YES! Yes we offer local collection from Gin Gin QLD. If you are local and would like to collect your order instead of paying shipping, simply select local pick up at check out. Once your order has been packed and is ready for collection, we will send you an email with all the collection details. Collection days and times will vary.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR REFUNDS?

Due to the nature of our business unfortunately we are unable to offer returns or refunds. Please think carefully before making a purchase and ensure the item you select is the one you want.

WHAT IF I GET A DOUBLE UP BOOK?

While we will do our best to keep track of past orders, we cannot guarantee that you will never receive a double up of a book. 

WHAT IS IN THE BOOK BOX?

While each book box will be different some things will stay the same. In each box you will receive a book, some sort of snack, a Bookish Witch bookmark, stickers and a tea. Other items in the box will vary. 

WHAT GENRES DO YOU OFFER?

Currently we only offer the one genre which is fantasy/romantasy. We would like to expand our genres in the near future to also include romance, dark romance, thriller and possibly more. If you have a genre you would like to see us bring out in the future, please don't hesitate to send us a message to let us know.
